I contacted customer support and asked for a replacement, a refund or send in for repair. Ordered a football shirt for my stepson, fab quality and excellent speedy delivery! Great value for money turned up within the specified time and couldn&#8217;t be happier will be purchasing again.!<br \/>\nI&#8217;m not removing anything &#8211; people need to be aware of where their hard earned cash is going, and if reading this saves someone from the aggro of dealing with you and that some child gets their birthday gift etc then I&#8217;m happy. After another three weeks still no dispatch e-mail or sign of the items I e-mailed them requesting a refund which they have ignored. After a month of waiting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ringospin-casino.org\/\">https:\/\/www.ringospin-casino.org\/<\/a> we contacted them and they replied saying the items were expected in stock the following week and would be dispatched within two days (if the items had shown as out of stock we would never have ordered in the first place).<\/p>\n<h2>So pleased with my items<\/h2>\n<p>I love the pillows I got, they are gorgeous and great quality. Love this shop, Ellissa has great items and is super responsive. My order didn\u2019t arrive quite right, but Ellissa made sure that I was sent my missing product and to keep the incorrect items. We are so happy you love your dresses!<br \/>\nI have subsequently emailed them 5 times asking for and updated and then a refund with absolutely no response. When items didn\u2019t arrive I emailed them and they assured me items were due in on 10th June. The value was excellent, as postage was charged once for several smaller items, whereas many other online providers with &#8216;free postage&#8217; incorporated the cost of postage into the price for each item&#8230;. Company will call you and try to get you to take down your negative review &#8211; if this happens to you then at least wait til you see the refunded monies hit your account &#8211; the refund email is nonsense&#8230; The quality is outstanding and I love buying clothes that are from Europe. We are also so appreciative of you taking the time to leave a review.<br \/>\nMuch to my surprise and disappointment, my friend has already received their package, while my order status has been stuck on &#8220;Awaiting Dispatch by Warehouse&#8221; for two weeks now.This situation feels like a joke. Around the same time, my friend also bought a Flipper Zero, but chose the regular, less expensive shipping method. It almost feels like they don&#8217;t actually have any support at all, and are using a chatGPT bot to try to feed token phrases to their customers to calm them down.<\/p>\n<h2>Excellent clothing!<\/h2>\n<p>I was eventually told that they needed to claim the lost item from their insurance, which apparently was approved. This is a russian company and i believe that&#8217;s explaining all. Useless company, don&#8217;t ever order a FLipper !!!!! Now communication is not possible anymore with support. To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform\u2014verified or not\u2014is screened by our 24\/7 automated software.<\/p>\n<h2>Worst Customer Experience I&#8217;ve had<\/h2>\n<p>The whole process has been disgusting.Had their &#8220;senior support and head of community&#8221; make a statement on Reddit today to cover the mess they made, but make no mistake- the mess isn&#8217;t actually being cleaned, they&#8217;re just using the good old obfuscate, then guilt, then deflect playbook. Their support doesn&#8217;t care at all and keeps barfing up the same useless statements. Seems like that isn&#8217;t the first time either.
